MAP258: One Doomed Marine is the two hundred fifty-eighth map of Rabbit's All-comers Mapping Project 2023. It was designed by Osswald and uses a recording of "I Sawed the Demons" by Robert Prince as its music track.

Secrets[edit]

  1. In the large room two doors east of the start, head to the east wall on ground floor and use it to find a switch. Flipping it opens a secret, which is on the high ledge and to the north. A chainsaw is here. (thing 374)
  2. In the big storage room north of the previous secret, head to the vent at the southwest side and open it. Open the west wall there to get a super shotgun and a stimpack. (thing 57)
  3. In the same storage room, open the southeast door to find a shotgun and two boxes of shotgun shells. (linedef 13021 via "secret trigger" thing 476)
  4. In the long hall leading to the right, head that way until a wall explodes. Enter it and open a wall to the south to find a super shotgun. (thing 477)
  5. On the bridges atop the nukage, head to the southeast end and go through a slimefall to find a soul sphere. (thing 172)
  6. When you enter the base corrupted by Hell, head to the main room and head east to a hanging body. Open the wall where it is to find a green armor. (thing 323)
