MAP25: Beginner's End is the twenty-fifth level of Eternal Doom. It was designed by Jim Flynn and uses the music track "Death Jam". Here, your goal will be to break into a demonic bank of some sort.

Secrets[edit]

  1. In the cybernetics lab, open the central column from the north side to find a plasma gun. (sector 633)
  2. In the hall with the "PLEASE SHOW ID" sign, use the small door to the right of the window, then walk in the hall until you hear a door open. Enter the area beyond the door you previously lowered, then use the switch here. Open the wall next to the switch, and use the lever switch on the wall. Quickly leave this area and go east, then down a lift. The next switch to find is in the northeast corner, which lowers another lift for you to ride up. At the top, you will be on the southeast block in the "Staff only" room, which had computer area maps. Use the switch here to open up the east wall, then climb up there to the next switch. Ignore it for now, and jump to the northeast part of the bank lobby, where one of the desks blocking the gray door will have been lowered. Lower the door, then return to the switch you ignored, which triggers a lift behind the door. Ride that lift up, and then to the north and east, you should see two boxes of rockets and a megasphere. If not, just open the walls to see them. Shoot the terminal in the back to get the pickups. (sector 690)
  3. In the directory room, use the table and get on it, then shoot the glass to the right. The column to the south can be lowered. Lower it, and make a running jump through to the broken glass. This opens up an alcove opposite the broken glass containing a super shotgun. (sector 765)
