MAP25: Thistle Bush is the twenty-fifth map of Piña Colada 2. It was designed by eater29 and uses the music track "Departure" by Lee Jackson, from Duke Nukem 3D.

Secrets[edit]
- Use the lift north of the super shotgun and ride up. Face southeast and shoot the switch, then lower the lift again and get the soul sphere to the left. (sector 325)
- At the north end, the platform with the barrel surrounded by five poles counts as a secret. (sector 131)
- Use the switch that requires any key to lower pillars to the east. Jump into the middle of the bloodfall to the east to get a megaarmor. (sector 264)
- In the lava at the south end, take the lift with the red skull key up, but while it rises, face south and get onto a jagged ledge with a candle. Follow the jagged ledge east, then jump south to another candle and lower the south wall to get an energy cell and a BFG9000. (sector 271)
