MAP273: HELL INC is the two hundred seventy-third map of Rabbit's All-comers Mapping Project 2023. It was designed by Rutabaga and uses the music track "The Healer Stalks" by Robert Prince.

Secrets[edit]
- In the area with two computers, you can use the poster to find rockets and an armor bonus. (sector 426)
- Enter the Legal door and use the poster on the back wall to get a pistol. (sector 403)
- Head through the Human Resources Department and open the next door. Use the switch next to the door, then quickly run south and to the southwest corner to find an armor bonus, a green armor, a box of shotgun shells, and a box of ammo. (sector 104)
- Get the blue keycard and head north to the slowly-lowering wall. Behind it is a megasphere. (sector 108)
- In the hall leading to the red skull key, open the east wall to find a pistol, a shotgun, an ammo clip, a rocket, health bonuses, and armor bonuses. (sector 174)
- After leaving the southeast room, head back to the easternmost hall and head south and west to find a chaingun, a super shotgun, and a megasphere. (sector 322)
- At the west side of the map, go to the middle to find a cage with chaingunners. You can use the crate at the north end from its south side to access the cage for the secret. (sector 317)
- Cross the Employee pool to get a medikit, an energy cell pack, and a BFG9000. (sector 72)
