Other points of interest[edit]

Secrets[edit]

  1. Pass the saucer on the far western section of the map and jump to the teleporter behind it. You can walk up the neon walkway to claim rockets and a soul sphere. (sector 1480)
  2. At the area to the south that requires three keys, from the saucer on the west side (which you can access with either the red key or via the saucer on the east side from the yellow key area), drop down to the north to get medikits and an energy cell pack. (sector 1732)

Bugs[edit]

Eight monster closets targeting the yellow key are likely to break in multiplayer and as a result fail to teleport at least half the included monsters (eight), making it impossible to achieve 100% kills. This happens because playing co-op increases the amount of monsters per closet from one to two, with the first monster now blocking the second one from teleporting after it, as these closets lack a looping mechanism to allow the monsters to attempt to teleport again if the teleport destination is temporarily blocked by another actor. While the closets can also fail to function correctly in singleplayer, this is far less likely to happen, as it requires monsters from an earlier ambush in this same area to still be alive and wander over the teleport destinations at the exact time the second ambush is triggered.

Trivia[edit]

"When dew playtested this map I'm pretty sure he immediately pointed out "uhh, you know this map is REALLY easy, right?" and I was fine with that, this is just a more chill/vibes oriented map. I was really happy with the atmosphere of the exterior areas and how well stewboy's midi gelled with it and wanted that stuff to be more forward than the combat. Wish I had done some more maps in this visual theme though!

The floating rocks are as you said a lengthy animated texture (with a matching solid black animated texture for the back of the midtextures [sic]). I probably could have just done this with sector platform movers."
