MAP27: The Trenches is the twenty-seventh map of Anomaly Report. It was designed by Michael Jan Krizik (valkiriforce) and uses the music track "FastTrack," originally composed by Tom Mustaine for Icarus: Alien Vanguard. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 3:40.

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets

1. At the west side, climb up at the north end and head south, noticing a wall on the east side that is slightly open at the top. Lower it to get a soul sphere. (sector 259)
2. In the north area with lava, take the lift up to a switch and flip it. Head north across the lava and west to get boxes of rockets and a megaarmor. (sector 401)
