MAP28: Entrance is the twenty-eighth map of The World of Deth: From Heaven To Hell. It was designed by Morten Strømsvold (The Big One).

Secrets[edit]
- Use the wall east of the chaingun to get a box of rockets (not on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower) and a rocket launcher. (sector 231)
- Get past the cages and take the left set of steps. At the last step, open the north wall to access the left cage. You can find a box of shotgun shells or shotgun shells depending on your skill level. (sector 26)
- Get past the cages and take the right set of steps. At the last step, open the north wall to access the right cage. You can find a box of shotgun shells or shotgun shells depending on your skill level. (sector 17)
- Head southeast of Secret #3 and press on the southeast wall to access this secret. (sector 118)
- The path from Secret #4 leads to a cross-shaped room. (sector 121)
- The southeast lift in Secret #5 leads up, where you can open the east wall that has a zombieman or a shotgun guy depending on your skill level. (sector 38)
- At the southwest room, lower the southeast ledge to get health bonuses. (sector 34)
- In the maze past the southwest room, take the left junction and head to the north side. Open it for a teleporter leading to a rocket. (sector 144)
- At the east end of the maze section are five cages. Enter the second one on the south side to get a box of shotgun shells. (sector 206)
- In the room past the maze, open the southeast wall to get armor bonuses. (sector 49)
- In the same room, open the north wall north of the second pillar to get health bonuses. (sector 46)
- On the way to the red key room, cross the blood and open the north wall on the left side to find a corridor with a stimpack. At the end of the corridor, you can get a box of rockets, a box of shotgun shells, and an energy cell pack through each of the cages. (sector 60)
- Open the red door and use the lift to the right. As it rises, jump on the platform to the left with a dead imp and you will teleport to a chaingunner trap. A soul sphere can be obtained if you use the east switch. (sector 134)
- Take the lift back up and use the switch here to lower a set of bars. Shoot the switch behind those bars to access the green armor, then open the north wall and follow the corridor to a lift, which takes you up to an imp cage. (sector 211)
- Head south from the room with the bars, then east. In this large room, head northwest of the nukage and you can find health bonuses, an ammo clip, and an energy cell. The metal wall here leads to more health bonuses. (sector 127)
- In the northeast room, open the northwest wall to get armor bonuses. (sector 117)
- Entering the northeast room lowers the lifts to the east. Get on the northernmost one and open the east wall. You will find chaingunners and a rocket. (sector 100)
