MAP28: Flesh Into Gear is the twenty-eighth map of Nostalgia 2. It was designed by Alex Decker (myolden) and uses the music track "Thanatos" by Tristan Clark from Rebirth MIDI Pack.

- Use the blue torch near the red switch to get boxes of rockets to the east. (sector 54)
- At the northeast switch, find a button near the switch which lowers a lift to a soul sphere. (sector 66)
- Near the blue key, lower the north wall under the ceiling to the east to find a megaarmor. (sector 142)
