MAP28: Purgatory Fortress is the twenty-eighth map of Good Morning Phobos. It was designed by sincity2100 and uses a MIDI rendition of the Breaking Benjamin song "so Cold" as its music track.

Secrets[edit]
- Enter the northeast building from the lava and use the large marble wall to the east with the faces on it. You will find a lift with energy cells, an energy cell pack, and a megasphere. (sector 80)
- In the northeast building, go to the hall at the north end and press on the red wall with the face at the west side. It will lower revealing boxes of rockets. (sector 86)
- Get to the southwest structure of the fortress and get on the outer wall. Follow it all the way to a large teleporter which takes you to a BFG9000. (sector 115)
- In Secret #2, open the wall with the gargoyle face to get a chainsaw. (sector 164)
- Go towards the northwest building of the fortress and onto the bridge where the blue door is. Fall to the lava at the west side and use the west wall to get a radiation suit. (sector 179)
- Get to the northeast corner of the fortress and enter the teleporter to get an invulnerability. (sector 262)
Bugs[edit]
Two revenants (Things 281 and 282) in the southeastern building have no flags set for any of the three difficulty classes, so they do not actually appear in the level.
