MAP28: The Fallen is the twenty-eighth map of Zones of Fear. It was designed by Pavel Tvrzník (Pipicz) and uses the music track "Watz Next?," originally composed by Lee Jackson for Rise of the Triad.

Secrets[edit]
- At the southwest end, open the south door and head east all the way to the end of the hall. Opening the door at the end reveals an arch-vile, but also opens a wall to the south containing energy cell packs and two soul spheres. (sector 67)
- At the southeast end, open the south door and head west all the way to the end of the hall. Opening the door at the end reveals an arch-vile, but also opens a wall to the south containing energy cell packs and two soul spheres. (sector 143)
- In the central area of the map where the red key is, jump into the blood northeast of the key and take the teleporter with four candles on it to reach the high area with chaingunners. Jump west to get energy cell packs, boxes of rockets, and a megasphere. (sector 335)
- In the central area of the map where the red key is, jump into the blood northwest of the key and take the teleporter with four candles on it to reach the high area with chaingunners. Jump east to get energy cell packs, boxes of rockets, and a megasphere. (sector 345)
