MAP28: Visions of Hostility is the twenty-eighth map of Ethereal Breakdown. It was designed by Kevin Martins (Velvetic) and Agony Zenith, and uses the music track "Madness of the Forsaken" by Aubrey Hodges and Immorpher.

Secrets

1. In the south, there are two small rooms holding a lost soul each. When entering the room on the left, press the back wall to reveal a hidden soulsphere. (sector 394)
2. Past the yellow door in the north, turn left and to the left of the computer screen a fake wall holds two boxes of rockets and a rocket launcher. (sector 496)
