MAP29: Brain Damage is the twenty-ninth map of Perdition's Gate Resurgence. It was designed by Eugene Guschin (Wraith777) and uses the music track "OUTSIDER" by CpnQuack. The par time defined in the DEHACKED lump is 14:30.

Secrets[edit]
- After entering the mouth, open the way east and immediately enter a room to the north. Use the box here and the switch after it, then quickly leave this room, head south, then west onto a lift. Take it up to get shotgun shells, a box of ammo, and a berserk pack. (sector 168)
- Climb the steps on the west side of the building. One of the steps is flickering. On that step, use the west wall to get health bonuses and a megaarmor. (sector 320)
