MAP29: Ember City is the twenty-ninth map of Doomworld Maximum Project 2022. It was designed by WindbagJacket and uses the music track "Ghostgrinder" by James Paddock (Jimmy), from Eviternity.

Secrets[edit]
- In the center of the map, head west and then northwest to a teleporter. Head northeast, then use the purple switch. Look north and shoot another purple switch to open the nearby door. Get the health bonuses and drop down to get rockets, a backpack, and an energy cell. You can also get the megaarmor from the pillar that lowers. (sector 2179)
- In the center of the map, take the spiral staircase up and head west to the switch. Open the north wall to drop to a berserk pack. (sector 1231)
- Head northeast from the central area, then climb up to the south ledge. Head south, west, and look northwest to shoot a purple switch. Drop to the south after shooting it and head southeast through a new passage. Collect armor bonuses as you run towards as soul sphere that lowers. (sector 2992)
- Head east from Secret #3 through the vines to find an energy cell and a plasma gun. (sector 3006)
- At the north end of the map, head to the southeast corner and look west. Shoot the eye switch and get on the lift behind you which lowers. Ride up and cross the platforms to the north and to the hole to get a soul sphere and an energy cell pack. (sector 29)
- In the northeast area, when you get to the northwest switch, jump south to the bookshelf with the health bonus. This lowers the central shelves, which will have a megasphere. (sector 1105)
