MAP30: By Inferno's Light is the thirtieth map of Doomworld Maximum Project 2021. It was designed by Andy Johnson (Rook).

Walkthrough

Map of By Inferno's Light

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets

1. At the southeast area, head to the southwest and use the Playstation Doom cover to the north to open the south wall. This leads to a computer area map. (sector 393)
2. Leave the southeast area to the north and use the danger sign to the northwest. Drop to get a chainsaw. (sector 733)
3. In the area southwest of the blue key area, head west from the door and flip the switch on the west side of the column. Quickly run to the lift to the west, ride up, and flip the north switch. This lets you get the soul sphere to the north. (sector 693)
4. In the southwest area, head through the damaging liquid to the southwest to get a radiation suit, a berserk pack, and an energy cell pack. (sector 636)
5. In the northwest building, head north to the switch and flip it. Run south to the lift and ride up to get a soul sphere. (sector 815)
6. In the northernmost room, head to the east side and face south. Shoot the switch, then head outside and head southwest of where the blue key is to get a BFG9000. (sector 884)
