MAP30: NiGHTMAREs Into Dreams is the thirtieth map of 32in24-5, a deathmatch megawad. It was designed by Sarah Mancuso (esselfortium) and Tango, and uses the music track "Betrayal" by Apocalyptica, sequenced to MIDI.

This level contains eight spawn points, all of which spawn on, or very close to a super shotgun.
- In the south-east area, facing west. Has the shortest distance to travel for the plasma gun. (thing 1)
- In the west area, near the horseshoe-shaped hallway, facing north. (thing 3)
- In the north-east area, facing south. (thing 5)
- In the west area, facing east. (thing 7)
- In the south room, near the horseshoe-shaped hallway, facing north. (thing 9)
- In the east entrance to the north room, facing west. (thing 11)
- In the hall between the north-east and south-east area, facing south. (thing 13)
- In the west entrance to the north room, facing east. Slightly closer to the rocket launcher than spawn #6. (thing 15)
