MAP31: [B0S] is the first secret map of A.L.T.. It was designed by BeeWen and uses the music track "Come into burn" by Sc.

Secrets[edit]
- In the "S" area, once you open the door to the southern building, enter it and use the satyr switch to rise up. Go through the wall behind it to get a megasphere. (sector 116)
- In the "S" area, once you open the door to the southern building, enter it and use the satyr switch to rise up. Go across the bridge and to the rooftop that says "A.L.T.". From here, head to the southwest end, then drop to the southwest to pick up a berserk pack. The teleporter here takes you to the left bracket of the map. (sector 374)
- At the north end of the left bracket area, use the wall with the armor bonus in front of it to reveal a megaarmor. A berserk pack is nearby on the north wall as well. Both alcoves count as one secret. (sector 491)
- In the "S" area, once you open the door to the southern building, enter it and use the satyr switch to rise up. Go across the bridge and to the rooftop that says "A.L.T.". From here, go southeast and drop into the stand below to find a health bonus, a stimpack, shotgun shells, and an energy cell pack. (sector 536)
- When you reach the normal exit in the "S" area, take the lift up to it, then jump to the south and follow the upper floor all the way south to a teleporter leading to the right bracket area. You will need to go here to reach the secret exit. (sector 958)
