MAP31: Benedictine Convulsions is the first secret map of MAYhem 1500. It was designed by James Caldwell (Obsidian) and uses the music track "Plurry," originally composed by Brendan Bradley (Bucket) for the Plutonia MIDI Pack.

Secrets[edit]

  1. At the southwest platform with the mancubi, go towards the east wall. Look at the upside-down corpse and you can spot a pink eye just behind it. Use it, then head west and north to the lift. As it lowers, an opening will be at the west end, which you can now enter. Press the switch to take a lift to a soul sphere. (sector 59)
  2. Take the lift east of the start, then use the switch to lower the floor you are on. If you look south, you will spot a light amplification visor in an alcove. While the floor rises again, hug the wall under it to get in and get this secret. (sector 92)
  3. When you reach the exit portal, shoot it to reveal two arch-viles guarding the secret exit. (sector 201)
