MAP31: Callisto Mansion is the first secret map of MAYhem 2022. It was designed by Xulgonoth and uses the music track "Cave 12" from Croc: Legend of the Gobbos, composed by Justin Scharvona and sequenced to MIDI.

Secrets[edit]
- When you enter the flooded crate room, get on the nearby crates and go to the southernmost crate. Head to the open side of that crate to get a backpack. (sector 121)
- In the room west of the flooded crate room, you need to step onto the window in the room. In order to do so, you need to enter the vent, then use the side of the vent to straferun to the window. When you land on it, jump out to the southwest to get a megasphere. (sector 1)
- In the same room, open the wall with the green panel south of the table. Drop into the vent and open the south wall, but do not drop down. Jump to the east edge and follow it as it goes west. On the crates, open the west wall to get boxes of rockets and a rocket launcher. (sector 190)
- In the dining room of the mansion, head to the northeast side and press on the wooden wall with scratches, which reveals a soul sphere in the middle of the table. The middle of the table is the secret. (sector 536)
- In the large room at the north end, head to the northeast end of the balcony and jump over the smaller rail to the landscape in the middle. Get the computer area map to get this secret. (sector 358)
- After you get the blue keycard, head to the library of the mansion. Turn the lights off and go to the middle, finding a bookshelf with an arrow pointing to it. Use it to open a wall to the east, which leads to a bedroom. Here, go to the television and use it repeatedly until the wall to the north opens. Open the blue door to find the yellow keycard and a medikit. (sector 493)
- In the northernmost room with the key switches, if you have the yellow skull key, press the switch to the west. This opens a wall to the east with an arch-vile and a megasphere. (sector 564)
- In Secret #7, lower the east wall to find a red skull key and a blue skull key, as well as their respective switches. While it seems that you need to utilize a grab to get these keys (because they will teleport and be inaccessible as a result), you just need to shoot the switch behind the blue and red bars to exit to the secret level. (sector 623)
