MAP31: Lazarus Labs is the first secret map of PUSS IX: Mapping at Warpspeed. It was designed by Cheesewheel and uses the music track "Siege Mentality" by NeilJohnRips.

- Take the lift west of the red key room and use the north panel to access a soul sphere. (sector 72)
- When you teleport to the church, head behind the altar and flip the switch to lower the soul sphere. (sector 415)
