- Open the door behind the start to get a chainsaw. (sector 17)
- At the red door, open the door to the east. Head around the wall and open a wall to the south with a brown ridge, which has a super shotgun and shotgun shells. (sector 112)
- At the small steps with three health bonuses, open the east wall to get a backpack. (sector 116)
- In the blue key area, open the southwest wall and take the teleporter to get armor bonuses, a soul sphere (megasphere on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower), and a box of rockets. (sector 346)
- In the yellow key area, take the lift up and use the misaligned wall to get a soul sphere (megasphere on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower). (sector 225)
- In the room at the east side, climb the rubble to the vent, but head north climbing more rubble to get an energy cell and rockets. These items only appear on Hurt Me Plenty. (sector 227)
- Head south from the previous area and flip the switch, which raises a lift in the hall below. Get on it and head south to get a megaarmor. (sector 268)
- Use the lift mentioned above to jump to a section to the west. Open the door to get a plasma gun and energy cells. (sector 277)
