MAP45: Barnacle Bar is the fifth map of Pirate Doom. It was designed by Arch and uses the music tracks "Largo LaGrande" from Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge and "Domino's Office" by Peter McConnell, from Grim Fandango. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 2:40.

Secrets[edit]
- Pick up the green armor from the stern of the ship you start out at. (sector 637)
- In the bar proper, head to the northwest wall with the Salty Dog Saloon sign and press on it twice to get dual flintlocks. (sector 929)
- In the yellow key room, the one accessible with the blue key, press on the wall to the east with a patch on it to find a map. (sector 351)
- Press on the east wall in Secret #3 to lower to a soul sphere. (thing 90 via "secret trigger" thing 431)
- On the other side of the counter in the bar proper, press on the pirate emblem with chef's knives, which reveals a conveyor that gives you spinach. (thing 371 via "secret trigger" thing 372)
