MAP45: Doomed in Space Base is the sixth map of Doomworld Omega Project 2018. It was designed by Voltcom9 and uses the music track "Goin' Down The Fast Way" by Lee Jackson, from Rise of the Triad, remixed by silentzorah.

- In the main room, get to the second level of the disc and use the switch at the end. Go back to the south hall and head west to get a soul sphere. (sector 197)
- North of the chaingun is a secret room with the medikits. (sector 253)
