MAP47: Booty Bay is the seventh map of Pirate Doom. It was designed by Arch and uses the music track "(Ghost) Riders in the Sky: A Cowboy Legend" by Stan Jones, sequenced to MIDI by R. G. Allen. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 2:50.

Walkthrough[edit]

Secrets[edit]
- At the start, enter the building to the east and climb to the top. Go west to the beer mugs and head across the wall going west to get a backpack. (sector 27)
- Enter J-Clucks and press use near the south end of the counter. This will allow you to collect the rum. (linedef 5418 via "secret trigger" thing 120)
- Head upstairs at J-Clucks and jump out of the northeast window to get some rum. (thing 28 via "secret trigger" thing 26)
- From Secret #3, head across the hanging triangles, then across to the south, then across more hanging triangles to get some dynamite. (thing 29 via "secret trigger" thing 27)
- Enter the building opposite of the bank, then climb the steps and head to the northeast corner. Jump to the shelf to the west to pick up some wine. (sector 224)
- At the northwest end, enter the well to the southeast to get an invulnerability. (sector 863)
- Get the docks, then swim to the southwest cave to find a megaarmor and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 626)
- Go to the two huts at the docks, then to the right of the second hut, get onto the higher rock to the north. Head east, then use a wall to the north to find a megasphere. (sector 766)
Bugs[edit]
If you do not hit the switch in the starting area, you will not be able to re-enter that area once you leave via the house.
