MAP47: Seasons is the fifteenth map of the All Hope for Terror episode of 2048 Unleashed. It was designed by Ilya Lazarev (joe-ilya) and uses an untitled music track by Paul Corfiatis.

Walkthrough[edit]

Essentials[edit]

Avoid making any noise as the level starts, as you are surrounded by enemies including a mancubus and revenants behind you. Step forward and collect the megasphere, ammo and weapons in front of you (including a BFG9000) then use them to clear the monsters in your immediate vicinity. Head east to enter the "spring" corner then immediately turn right and right again to find some steps guarded by zombiemen - climb up these steps and kill some cacodemons and pain elementals that are revealed ahead, then follow the path north to find some Hell knights guarding a small switch. Drop to the ground and head east to some gray steps, then run up them to jump through a window into the central building. Kill the lost souls, shotgun guys and baron of Hell waiting inside then take the red skull key sitting by the south wall.

Leave the building through its north door then turn right to see a wooden platform with a spiderdemon, with a small pit next to it containing some revenants. Drop into the pit and it will turn into a set of steps; climb up to the spiderdemon's platform and look behind it to see a switch with an arrow pointing south. Pressing the switch will lower a platform in the south-east corner of the level with the yellow skull key, but will also release two arch-viles and three cacodemons; you should clear any monsters between you and the yellow key before pressing the switch. After collecting the yellow key, go to the north-west corner of the level to find a green cavern containing another arch-vile and some knights - open the red and yellow bars behind the arch-vile's platform to confront three chaingunners on a dock, then step over the dock and into the sludge to finish the level.

Other points of interest[edit]

A supercharge can be found in the north-east corner of the level, behind the spiderdemon's platform.

Secrets[edit]

  1. Stand in the water in the south-east corner of the level, then look north-east to see a switch. Shoot it to lower a supercharge in the south-west corner of the map. (sector 168)
