MAP50: Corruption 3: Nexus is the fiftieth map of Rabbit's All-comers Mapping Project. It was designed by Lazlo Panaflex and uses the music track "Dark Halls," originally composed by Robert Prince for Doom and remixed by Andrew Hulshult for the album IDKFA - Knee-Deep in the Dead.

Secrets[edit]

  1. Take the steps east of the start, then take the lift up. Use the switch to the north of the lift, drop off, then head south to get medikits, a green armor, and a chaingun. (sector 341)
  2. In the southwest cave section, go through the west side until you see a mancubus. Enter the area where it is and find the lion switch. This opens the area to the west, with a megasphere. (sector 1102)
  3. On the walkway flanked by nukage, head north and pick up the radiation suit. Open the north wall to find a computer area map. (sector 1114)
  4. In the southeast cave section, enter the damaging floor and take the northeast teleporter. Turn around and open the door, then go west to get energy cells, a stimpack, and a megasphere. (sector 984)
  5. At the northernmost end, head to the northeast section and find the Hellgrowth cage on the west wall. Shoot it to reveal an invulnerability to the southwest. (sector 1013)
  6. Killing the spider mastermind at the northernmost end will open the area behind it, which leads to a megasphere. (sector 724)
  7. Grabbing the megasphere in Secret #6 releases arachnotrons in the area to the south. Find a switch at the southwest part of this area and use it, which opens the northwest corner in the hall. You can find rockets and a box of shotgun shells here. (sector 1010)
  8. Enter the dark red section at the east end, then use the first face that spews blood to access the cages there with imps and health bonuses. (sector 915)
  9. From the previous secret, head south at the first fork, west at the next, then open the next blood-spewing face for four armor bonuses. (sector 876)
  10. Head west from Secret #9, opening the next blood-spewing face for two more armor bonuses. (sector 870)
  11. A bit south of Secret #10, open the next blood-spewing face and the door for two more armor bonuses. (sector 866)
  12. Head south and west from Secret #11 to the soul sphere. Open the nearby blood-spewing face and the door for three armor bonuses. (sector 910)
  13. Head east of Secret #12 all the way to a blood-spewing face. Open it for two health bonuses. (sector 880)
  14. In the southwest part of the dark red area, open the blood-spewing face. This hidden passage has three doors that lead to three secrets. The first door has an armor bonus and a megaarmor. (sector 895)
  15. The second door leads to a health bonus, an armor bonus, and an energy cell pack. (sector 901)
  16. The last door has a health bonus and an energy cell pack. (sector 905)
  17. Open the blood-spewing face east of the blue key, then the door to find two health bonuses and two armor bonuses. (sector 886)
  18. Head east from Secret #13, then north and west at the first fork, opening the blood-spewing face you see to find two health bonuses. (sector 855)
  19. North of Secret #18, open the blood-spewing face to get two health bonuses. (sector 861)
  20. In the bright red area at the west side of the easternmost area, head through a bloodfall near the southwest end to find ammo and a megaarmor. (sector 1077)
