MAP88: A Baleful Heart is the eighty-eighth map of Rabbit's All-comers Mapping Project. It was designed by Death Bear and uses the music track "Everything Explodes," originally composed by James Paddock (Jimmy) for Eviternity.

Secrets[edit]
- At the northeast end, find two health bonuses and use the wall south of them to find an armor bonus on a lift. Head up to get a soul sphere. (sector 624)
- In the red key area, shoot the eye that appears to the south, which opens a path southwest with health bonuses. (sector 1061)
- Take the lift up in Secret #2, then get the BFG9000. Return to Secret #2 and head west to get health bonuses and an energy cell pack. (sector 869)
