Master Jumps is a 9-level PWAD for Doom II. It is a set of rocket jumping-themed maps, and was created by Morrison and TimeOfDeath. Two versions of the PWAD exist: 9y is the most well known one, and the one most commonly played online as well as in speedrunning. Later version 11 was released, amping up the difficulty, but it did not gain widespread adoption.
Like some other rocket jumping PWADs, Master Jumps utilizes a custom DeHackEd patch that makes the rocket launcher have infinite ammo, while also not harming the player. Additionally, plasma bolts also have an area of effect damage and may be used in rocket jumping.
