Matthew Krehbiel (Ghastly)

Matthew Krehbiel (better known as Ghastly or Ghastly_Dragon) was a Doom modder and graphics artist, best known for his numerous contributions to several projects, most of them from the ZDoom community. He created and edited many custom monsters using DECORATE and sprite modifications, and many of these would end up being used, edited or wholesale, in many high profile projects such as the ZDoom Community Map Project "Take 2", Lunatic and Scythe X. He was an administrator on Realm 667.
Ghastly passed away in the early hours of November 21, 2022.[1] He was honored with a memorial sidebar in the 2022 Cacowards.
