MegaDoom II is a commercial compilation created by Pacific Media WorX and published in 1995. It contains over 1,500 levels for Doom, Doom II and Heretic, according to the front cover. The compilation includes a considerable variety of other files and utilities for all three games, such as DMPSMU by Frans P. de Vries (Xymph), DoomEd 4.2, a sector based level editor, and WADED, one of the first line-based level editors.

MegaDoom II can be used through UltraLaunch, its own frontend launcher, allowing for ease of use of level selection and other available options.

The total WAD files included for both Doom games is, approximately, 841 items, with most of their companion text files included. For Heretic, the number of WAD files is just 15 items.
