Michael Raymond-Judy
From DoomWiki.org
Michael Raymond-Judy is one of level designers in Heretic and Hexen titles, among others. He worked on all levels in Heretic and its expansion, either designing them entirely or merely touching them up and fixing texture alignments. According to Kevin Schilder, he also provided the voice of the gargoyles.[1]
Biography[edit]
Hired in June 1993, MRJ has been involved in the production of 12 published games by Raven Software, from Shadowcaster to Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix. In February 2002, he left Raven Software to join the Destineer development studio. His degree in medieval history and his interest in pen-and-paper role-playing games helped him design the levels, environment and artistic styles of Raven's heroic fantasy-themed games during his nine years stay in the company. (He did not, however, work on Hexen II or its expansion.)
