Mike Newton

Mike Newton was a prominent member of the early Doom community, assisting players in the Usenet groups during 1994 and 1995. He was a member of the RGCD Support Team and volunteer coordinator of the rec.games.computer.doom.player group. He wrote the Doom II Red Key FAQ which was subsequently combined with Richard Ward's Blue Key FAQ into the Official Doom II Key FAQ, and authored the list of DOOM-Related FTP and WWW Sites which was continued by John Van Essen in April 1994.
