Monsters[edit]
The demon has been replaced with a devourer, a brown version lacking eyes, but functioning the same. The cacodemon has been replaced with the seer, a brown version with a large eye similar to the pain elemental. It functions the same as a regular cacodemon. The Hell knight has been replaced with the Hell native, which is browner than the original Hell knight but functions the same.
Machinegunner: Resembles a shotgun guy but with green hair, firing a machinegun. He replaces the chaingunner and drops his machinegun when he dies. Has 50 hit points.
Snake imp: A paler version of the imp with its lower half being a snake body. The snake imp can claw the player at close range and shoot strong, green fireballs from a distance (the same as the Hell native). Has 100 hit points and replaces the baron of Hell.
Deep One: Added in the DECORATE version, this is a green baron of Hell-looking enemy with tentacles and a squid-like face. It can lash at you with its tentacles as a strong melee attack, and its main attack is to shoot purple plasma bolts which can home in on the player. This attack does not stop unless the Deep One is interrupted or the player moves out of the way. Has 600 hit points, the same as a mancubus.
Weapons[edit]
The pistol fires faster than normal.
The chaingun has been replaced with a machinegun, which fires faster.
The plasma gun has been replaced with a flamethrower, which functions similar to the plasma gun, but with less range.
The BFG9000 has been replaced with the pyro cannon, which has the same fire rate, but when the shot connects with something, it erupts into powerful fireballs which will eventually create fires on the ground. This weapon has powerful splash damage and the fires linger, hurting anything that comes near. Each shot consumes 40 napalm, with the ammo for both the pyro cannon and flamethrower represented as napalm canisters (replacing the energy cell and giving 25 napalm) and napalm tanks (replacing the energy cell pack and giving 75 napalm).
Ammo counts are different for the pistol and machinegun, being increased to 250 (500 with a backpack), while ammo for the flamethrower and pyro cannon is decreased to 150 (300 with a backpack).
Items[edit]
The computer area map is replaced with an "all-seeing eye" which functions the same. The keys are represented by suns (amethyst, emerald, and ruby) and masks (green, purple, and red).

Secrets[edit]
- At the center of the map, use the green demon mask switch and take the lift up. At the top, go southwest, then southeast, then fall onto a ledge on the west side to pick up a berserk pack. (sector 8)
- In the marble temple south of the center, on the outer walkway, head to the bridge in the middle, then jump west to the plus-shaped platform. From here, jump west to the soul sphere. (sector 257)
- After you get the red demon mask, head to the central tower and open the red door. Take the lift up, then on the next bridge, fall to the south to get boxes of rockets and a napalm tank. (sector 320)
- Cross the bridge at the north end (northwest of the ruby sun) to the west, then heard south and go through the purple wall to find a stimpack, a megaarmor, and a box of rockets. (sector 374)
- On the bridge at the southwest end, head north as if you were going to the area with the green demon mask. Before you reach the round hall, jump northwest to the platform below it to find a backpack and a green armor. (sector 531)
- The switch that is southeast of Secret #9 will raise steps to the middle cage in the area to the east, where you can get a megasphere. (sector 758)
- In the southwest area, a soul sphere is behind the southwest switch. (sector 1000)
- After you insert all three of the suns in their slots, head west across the bridge. In the next hall, lower the north wall with the pentagram to find the Pyro cannon. (sector 1004)
- Head north from the area with the green demon mask and use the lift to the left when you get to it. Go to the ledge at the left side (where a berserk pack is below), then jump north to the wall. Use the wall with the face as a lift, then use the switch here. Fall into the water and enter the teleporter to the west to teleport to an area with boxes of ammo, a rocket, and napalm canisters. You can jump southeast from this ledge to another with napalm canisters and a switch. (sector 1208)
- Climb the steps to the exit area, but instead of entering it, head east, going to a path between the trees until you get to an invulnerability. (sector 1396)
- Take the hall northwest of the green demon mask and into the nearby room. Take the lift up and jump to the south ledge. Open the wall to get a megaarmor. (sector 1416)
- On the central bridge past the red demon mask door, head to the southwest corner and jump southwest. At this ledge, you can find a megaarmor. (sector 1417)
