Newgothic Movement is an eighteen-level Doom II megawad for Boom-compatible source ports created by Christopher Shepherd (ArmouredBlood), featuring maps done in a gothic, industrial or hell theme. It is known for being a more accessible slaughter mapset due to its comparatively generous health and powerup pickups.
ArmouredBlood created a development thread for the project on the Doomworld forums on January 6, 2010. On October 13th, he decided to wrap up the project as he was helping Jon Vail (40oz) work on UAC Ultra 2 and wanted to get started on that project. The WAD was finished and uploaded to the idgames archive on October 23rd. The mapset received a sequel in 2016.
