id Software co-founder and Doom level designer and programmer John Romero announced on December 8 that he will live-stream the creation process for one of the levels of his upcoming SIGIL II modification for Doom II, a collection of nine more Romero levels serving as a follow-up to 2019's smash hit and Cacoward runner-up SIGIL. The stream will take place on Romero's Twitch channel on December 10, 2022, at 5:00 PM Eastern time as a celebration of Doom's 29th anniversary. Romero also announced that he is targeting the 30th anniversary for the release of the episode.

Microsoft announced via Xbox Wire on April 28 that the annual Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase has been scheduled for online streaming on Sunday, June 12 at 10 a.m. PT, with availability through multiple social media outlets including Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook.
