Oops... All-Ghosts! is an eleven-level episode replacement for Doom II designed for UMAPINFO-compatible source ports, created by grapes. It was first released on October 31, 2024, and the final version was uploaded to the idgames archive on November 10, 2024. As the name implies, the WAD makes notable use of the all-ghosts effect, while exploiting its BLOCKMAP manipulation to allow for all but one level to be maxed. The WAD also features a custom PLAYPAL and texture edits by Fumingbow639067 and an inverted SNDCURVE file created by akolai, which causes certain sounds to be mute at short distances. Due to the manipulation of the SNDCURVE file, and the targeting of OpenGL graphics, DSDA-Doom is the intended source port.
At the Cacowards in 2024, Oops... All-Ghosts! was selected as one of the runners-up.
