PhobosDeimos Anomaly is a 2012 mod for The Ultimate Doom containing two six-level episodes, totaling twelve levels, created with maps submitted to Doom the Way id Did by the late Callum Guy Oliver (phobosdeimos1) and released posthumously.

Its soundtrack was taken from the songs created by Mr. Freeze for Doom the Way id Did.
