PrBoomX is a Doom source port based on PrBoom+. It is developed by JadingTsunami. Its first version was released on June 11, 2023.[1]

PrBoomX has some quality-of-play features:
- after picking up a computer area map powerup or using the iddt cheat code, the automap now has some upgrades, including the ability to check tags. This can be useful if the player is stuck and cannot find, for example, a switch to open a certain door;
- a note-taking console command has been added that may be useful for mappers or playtesters to note errors in a level, such as misaligned textures or stuck monsters;
- support for the COMPLVL lump;
- time warp option;
- additional console commands.
