RIVER33 is a single-level PWAD for Doom that was released on October 9, 1995. It was designed by Greytale and is set in a large fortress, featuring non-linear gameplay.

Secrets[edit]

  1. Take the hall west of the start and shoot the two barrels on the blue triangles. Go to the second one and lower it, then open the door to get medikits. (sector 34)
  2. Entering Secret #1 will lower the floor. When you can, jump south to the chaingun and head east, up the steps. This leads to a two-sided switch, a plasma gun, a backpack, and if you flip the right-hand switch, you will get shotgun shells and medikits. (sector 1)
  3. Flip the left-hand switch in Secret #2, then go back to the starting lift and as it is rising or lowering, head northwest and get the medikit, plus another switch that raises a bridge behind the fence to the red keys. (sector 9)
  4. Go to the water at the northwest end and at the west side of the cave. Head north a bit, then go through the east wall. The floor will rise, allowing you to get a chainsaw and armor bonuses. (sector 319)
  5. In Secret #4, go through a wall to the south and jump to the soul sphere. Lower the wall there, then lower a series of walls with colored skull bars until the southwest wall has lowered, which has a stimpack. (sector 335)
  6. In the same area as Secret #5, use the yellow bar to the northeast, then leave and enter the east alcove with a megaarmor. (sector 337)
  7. Climb the steps with the plasma gun at the southeast end, then get on the north ledge and open the north wall. Use either blue bar to lower the lift, and you can get the three skull keys in this secret. (sector 301)
  8. Climb the steps with the plasma gun at the southeast end, then drop south to a soul sphere (and a yellow key on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower). Lower the north wall and as you ride it, head north to get a megaarmor (and a blue skull key on Ultra-Violence or higher). (sector 346)
  9. In the central room south of the starting lift, take the northwest lift up, then press the switches to raise a platform going to the center wall. Head there, then traverse the pillars and shoot the northeast switch, which opens the outer wall on the west side. Head back and go to the southwest corner, opening a wall to the south there to collect a blue skull key. (sector 157)
  10. Enter the nukage at the south end and take the path that goes right, going all the way up to a BFG9000. Getting it will raise the floor. When it reaches the top, jump west and go southwest, jumping again to reach a blue skull key (not on Ultra-Violence or higher). (sector 58)
