Other points of interest[edit]

Secrets[edit]

  1. Near the shotgun near the start is a secret door marked by a green tint on the wall leading to an armor (four in multiplayer), a box of bullets and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 346)
  2. After getting the yellow key, head out the area through the door marked with an arrow and head down the steps and round to your left to reach a room with a pillar. This pillar has a switch on it which opens up a door leading to six armor bonuses, a rocket, two stimpacks (one on hard skill), and (on medium and hard skills) a shotgun guy. (sector 424)
  3. In the south of the level is a nukage pit at the end of which is a switch which opens up a door to the west. It also opens up two nearby doors which lead to an area with 4 shotgun shells, an armor, and a stimpack. (sector 719)
  4. After going through the door opened up by the switch in #3, head down the stairs, continue ahead towards the wall and turn right into an alcove. The west wall here (marked with a different texture) is a secret lift containing a stimpack (easy and medium skills only) or a medikit (hard skill only), and a lost soul (medium and hard skills only). (sector 313)
  5. At the top of #4, the west wall is a secret door leading to a partial invisibility. (sector 701)
  6. From the blue key room, go east through the door then north-east into the next room. There is a secret door in the north-east of this room (marked with a slightly white texture) leading to three armor bonuses and a stimpack. (sector 270)
  7. From the room with the door to #6, head west then north to a room with a V-shaped projection in the south wall. Pressing this projection opens it up, revealing a chainsaw and an invulnerability. (sector 277)
  8. From the room with #4 and #5, go east through the door. The south-west corner of this room (marked with a greenish texture) is a secret door leading to a soul sphere. (sector 261)
  9. Head up the stairs in #8's room. The north-east corner has a secret door leading to a teleporter. (sector 231)
  10. After going through the teleporter in #9, head up the stairs onto the ledge and head west. The bars ahead can be opened by shooting a switch to the south - the path leads to an armor, a rocket launcher and a stimpack. Approaching these items lowers two walls - one of them is a section of wall in the corridor, leading to an imp and a backpack. This room counts as a secret. The other wall lowered is a lift east of the rocket launcher leading to a switch which raises the steps leading back up to the teleporter. To re-open the bars, shoot the switch again through the nearby window. (sector 171)
  11. After going through the large door in the east, head immediately west. At the end of this path (near where the pit of monsters rises) is a niche to the north which marks a secret door. Go through this door, shoot the switch to the west, then press the switch that is revealed (it is possible to do this without shooting the first switch). This raises some stairs leading to a stimpack, a chaingun, a box of bullets, 4 shotgun shells, and a computer map. (sector 555)
  12. After going through the blue door leading into the area with the red key, head into the first alcove on your left. The floor rises, allowing access to a soul sphere. (sector 34)
  13. Behind the third alcove on your right as you face the red key from the blue door is a switch which lowers a lift to the north. This lift leads up to two boxes of shotgun shells, a stimpack, and a megaarmor (two in multiplayer). (sector 43)
  14. The green wall to the west of the megaarmor room accessed via #13 is a secret door. Go through this, take the left fork, go through the door ahead, hook round to the left and press the switch at the end of this corridor. This lowers a nearby wall allowing access to the plasma gun passed en route to the switch (it can be reached via a path north-east of the door). (sector 495)
  15. Go through the green wall to the west of the megaarmor room accessed via #13, take the right fork, head straight on at the next junction, then continue until you reach a short red firestick on the wall. This marks a secret door to the north, leading to a drop down to the outside area. From here, jump into the nukage - there is a path to the south-east leading to an imp, a medikit, a box of bullets, and six armor bonuses. There is also a teleporter here taking you back to the megaarmor room. (sector 565)
  16. The red key platform is lowered by pressing a nearby switch. The other switch in this room raises the platform to the ceiling. After pressing this switch, lower the platform then get on it. You will rise up to two switches - press the northern one then the western one (the latter lowers the platform). The former raises a section of floor to the south-east which can be lowered as a lift, allowing access to a path to a radiation shielding suit and a red door. The red door eventually leads to the exit area. (sector 566)
