Essentials[edit]

Other points of interest[edit]

Secrets[edit]

  1. The path to the exit area is opened up by pressing the northernmost of three switches. Pressing the middle one opens up a path to a teleporter which ultimately leads to a room in the east with a switch in the north-east. Press the switch then immediately run back over a rising wall. Two switches are on this wall—press both of them. These open up the door out of this room, and a door immediately after it leading to a blue key. Note that it is not actually necessary to raise the wall in order to get this secret. (secret 128)
  2. Head west from secret #1 to a room with many monsters. Approach the west end of this room—two doors will open, releasing 0–2 cyberdemons. The southern trap contains a teleporter to an area with many items. Going through two teleporters takes you to a room whose west wall is a lift back to the start area. (secret 96)

Bugs[edit]

In between the start area and the exit area is a pit containing several demons—if this is entered before the section of floor to the north-west is lowered, it will be impossible to leave the pit.

The aforementioned section of floor can be lowered by pressing the correct part of the surrounding walkway, allowing a quicker access to the exit and making secret #1 non-mandatory.

There is no way to lower the wall raised when accessing secret #1, so if you are still east of it when it is raised, you will be stuck.

Secret #2 can be accessed from the east—however, if you subsequently go through the teleporter and through the doorway, the door will close and you will be trapped.
