SECRET03: Sleeping Sickness is the third secret map of MAYhem 2023. It was designed by Matt Powell (cannonball) and uses the music track "Shut In" By James Paddock (Jimmy), from CABIN.

Secrets[edit]
- Enter the bathroom north of the start and enter the first stall. Use the toilet (this one has blood in it), then leave and go to where the monitors were to find a megaarmor. (sector 125)
- In the second half, go to the blood to the south and shoot the hellgrowth to the east. Enter and get the soul sphere. (sector 294)
