SM03: Pyramid of the Moons is the third Commander Keen bonus map of Wolfenstein: Blade of Agony. It was designed by Daniel Gimmer (Tormentor667) and uses the music track "".

- Inside the pyramid, go to the yellow gem near the southwest end and go through the south wall. Head east and north to get ice cream cones and doughnuts. (sector 308)
- Inside the pyramid, go to the northeast side, head in the hall to the west to a switch, then go north through the wall to get ice cream cones. (sector 387)
