Sergeant Gannon Roark, also known as Destroyer, is a space marine who is the heavy weapons specialist of the Rapid Response Tactical Squad (RRTS) sent to the Olduvai Research Facility in the 2005 motion picture Doom. His best friend is Duke. He uses a minigun. He is portrayed by DeObia Oparei.

He is killed by a Hell knight that electrocutes him. It is later revealed that Destroyer would have been a super human like Reaper if he had been injected with the 24th chromosome.[citation needed]
