Simulacrum is a 32-level megawad for Doom II designed for MBF21-compatible source ports, created by Muumi and Alex Decker (myolden). The first version was released on June 6, 2024. The final version was uploaded to the idgames archive on July 5, 2024.
Simulacrum was named one of the winners at the 2024 Cacowards.

The mod uses custom PLAYPAL and COLORMAP lumps. The plasma gun's firing sound has also been changed to the one of its Doom 3 counterpart.
