MAP01: Central is the first map of Earthless: Prelude. It was designed by James Paddock (Jimmy) and uses the music track "I Sawed the Demons" by Robert Prince. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 1:00.

Secrets

  1. To the left of the starting room is a wall with blinking computer panels, Press it to lower the wall and enter a flickering, small room with a hanging corpse and a chainsaw. Enter the alcove to tag the secret. (sector 154)
  2. After clearing through the map somewhat and grabbing the red keycard. Go to the southeastern corner of the outdoor area with the red keycard to find a hidden button. Press it then go to the lowering wall and enter the second outdoor area to tag the secret. Beware the two pinky demons. (sector 54)
  3. After killing both of the pinky demons, enter the teleporter and grab the berserk pack and shotguns from the deceased shotgunners, then look at the misaligned texture on the wall to the right. Lower it like a lift and ride it down it to get the supplies on the upper ledge that the zombies were perched upon. Jump off that ledge and a wall will open and reveal a lift. Ride this lift up and then quickly kill off the zombies. After you kill them all you should emerge from the wet cave into an overlooking area of the previous outdoor sections (and an upcoming one), if you try to run toward the megaarmor that will result in four pinky demons and a cacodemon coming out of the water. Kill them then grab the megaarmor to tag the secret. (sector 202)
  4. Go through the red door and clear out the room. After that go into the room with the eye and make a right. Kill the pinky in the room then make a left and press on the heart pedestal to lower a backpack in the eye room. Grab the backpack to tag the secret. (sector 138)
  5. Enter the blue door after acquiring the blue keycard and clear the room you enter. After that return to the blue door and face it. Turn left and go into the water that you see and press on the mossy stone brick textured wall to lower it. Walk on top of it to tag the secret. (sector 3)
  6. Ride up the lift from secret #5 and collect the clips from the dead zombiemen and get the medikit if you need it. Then run onto the ledge with the health bonuses, Then straferun into the alcove that the chaingunner was in, grab the chaingun he had then quickly jump off and go to the other side of the central pillar to get a soulsphere that has just lowered. Tag the secret by collecting it. (sector 64)
