Changes

Deathkings reuses Hexen's music, but the [[SNDINFO]] lump (which, in Hexen, contains the associations between maps and music tracks) in Version 1.0 was not updated for the map numbers in the expansion. A patch (<tt>dkpatch.zip</tt>) has been released for updating <tt>HexDD.wad</tt>, which enables music in-game, and upgrades it to Version 1.1.
