Changes

The developer's parameter runs the game in [[developer mode]], creating screen shots with the F1 key instead of displaying the the help screen and showing the tics-per-frame meter on the lower left of the screen. If only the first dot on the meter is displayed, performance is optimal. The <tt>-devparm</tt> parameter is also required by some parameters in older versions of Doom.
