Stephen Clark (alias The Ultimate DooMer) is a veteran Doom level designer, known primarily for his megawad Fragport, which featured semi-realistic locales and seamless map progression, the episode replacement 007: Licence to Spell Doom, which was included in the Top 100 WADs of All Time, and his contributions to several community projects, such as Community Chest and Heretic Treasure Chest. He was furthermore one of the writers for the 17th Annual Cacowards, during which his Hexen megawad, Serpent: Resurrection, also received a special mention.
