Supplies return in Doom Eternal as pickups that can be found placed around the battlefield, as well as small items which spawn from enemies when they are damaged or killed by glory kills, the blood punch, the flame belch, the chainsaw, and occasionally with other weapons when the player is in poor health.

Armor is placed around the map, and will drop from enemies set on fire by the flame belch or the mastered meathook. Armor will be reduced by damage before health will. The player can have a maximum of 50 armor at the beginning of the game, and can upgrade their capacity with Sentinel crystals.

Maximum health and armor

Health can be found placed around the map or drops from enemies after they are killed. Enemies drop more health after a glory kill or if the player is below 50 health. The player starts with a maximum of 100 health and can upgrade it with Sentinel crystals.
Ammunition[edit]
Ammo can be found placed around the map, or dropped from enemies after a chainsaw kill. The player can carry a maximum of 16 shells, 60 bullets, nine rockets, and 150 cells at the beginning of the game, and can upgrade their capacity with Sentinel crystals. The player can always carry 60 Argent cells, and this value cannot be upgraded.
