TAT28: The Vestibule of Hell is the twenty-eighth map of Dark Tartarus. It was designed by lihanchi and uses the music track "Elusive Images" by Quasian.

Secrets[edit]
- Leave the starting room and go into the nukage behind it to find medikits and partial invisibility. (sector 1125)
- Head north to the big door from the start, then fall into the nukage to the east and go that way. When you see a pole, use the wall to the left of it to lower a lift. Ride it up and go north to get a blue keycard. (sector 1134)
- Head north to the big door from the start, then fall into the nukage to the west and go that way. When you see a pole, use the wall to the right of it to lower a lift. Ride it up and go north to get a red keycard. (sector 1153)
- In the spinning water area, head all the way behind the structure for a blur artifact. (sector 1124)
- In the spinning water area, jump on the blue platforms surrounding the fence where the spinning water is, then head to the north end to find a soul sphere, a megaarmor, and an invulnerability. (sector 1126)
